OmniAlera Entrepreneurs Orbit helps entrepreneurs manage conversations and content across every connected social account — this policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you connect a social account (e.g. Instagram), we access — with your explicit authorization — the data needed to provide the service: your account profile, and the direct messages, comments, and content associated with that account. We also store account identifiers and access tokens issued by the platform.
How we use it
We use this data solely to operate the product: to show your unified inbox, let you read and reply to messages, generate optional AI-assisted draft replies for your review, and produce analytics for your own account. We do not sell your data.
Storage and security
Data is stored in access-controlled, multi-tenant infrastructure. Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers (database, cache, hosting) and the social platforms you connect (e.g. Meta). We share data with them only as needed to run the service, under their respective terms.
Your rights
You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us. We honour applicable data-protection rights, including access and deletion.
Data deletion
To request deletion of the data associated with your account, email admin@omnialera.com and we will remove it.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
